Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the high quality of products and services delivered to our valued customers. This position demands a keen eye for detail, an analytical mindset, and a proficiency in managing quality assurance processes from start to end. You will work collaboratively with various departments to implement quality control systems and verify that the established protocols are adhered to rigorously. Your efforts will contribute to minimizing errors, maximizing efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage robust quality assurance strategies and procedures.
  • Lead a team of quality assurance professionals and foster a culture of quality improvement.
  • Oversee the inspection and testing processes to ensure product standards are met.
  • Coordinate with production teams to establish quality parameters and provide feedback.
  • Monitor and analyze quality performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with supply chain to ensure supplier quality compliance and improvement.
  • Handle non-conformance issues and work on remediation plans to prevent recurrence.
  • Conduct regular audits of processes and systems to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Manage customer and client complaints effectively, ensuring satisfactory resolution.
  • Train staff on quality assurance processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Report on quality metrics, implementing steps to improve where necessary.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to align quality standards with emerging practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and standards in relevant industries.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a focus on detail and error detection.
  • Proven track record in managing cross-functional QA teams effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in industry.
