We are looking for an experienced QA Lead with strong Airline domain expertise to support mid to large‑scale digital transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end QA delivery across functional, non‑functional, and UAT testing
• Define and execute QA strategy, test planning, and governance
• Manage QA teams, mentor testers, and ensure delivery quality
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, product owners, and Agile teams
• Oversee defect management, test reporting, and release readiness
• Ensure quality across web, mobile, middleware, and system integrations
  
  

• Proven experience leading QA for mid to large digital transformation initiatives
• Strong Airline systems knowledge: PSS, Reservations, Ticketing, DCS, Check‑In, GDS (Amadeus)
• Hands‑on expertise in Web, Mobile, Middleware, and Interface testing
• Experience delivering end‑to‑end QA (Functional, Non‑Functional, UAT)
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar ALM tools
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to mentor QA teams and manage the full testing lifecycle
• Experience working with Agile delivery teams
