Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Perform thorough manual and automated testing to identify, record, and track defects.
• Collaborate closely with software developers and product managers to understand system requirements and ensure high-quality releases.
• Analyse test results, document bugs, and provide detailed reports on quality metrics to stakeholders.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes, tools, and strategies.
• Conduct regression testing when bugs are resolved to ensure solutions are effective.
• Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle to advocate for quality.
  
  

• Proven work experience in software quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
• A keen eye for detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject is preferred.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is highly desirable.
