QA Engineer Chinese Speaking

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans for backend microservices.

• Conduct performance, load, and stress testing to uncover system bottlenecks and scalability issues.

• Debug and trace long call chains across distributed microservices, identifying root causes in complex service interactions.

• Develop and maintain scalable, reusable test automation frameworks to support continuous integration and regression coverage.

• Leverage logs, metrics, and distributed tracing tools to diagnose performance degradation and systemic issues.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in backend QA for large-scale systems, with strong exposure to distributed architectures and microservices.

• Solid hands-on experience with API testing, database validation, and performance testing.

• Proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language (e.g., Python, Java).

• Deep understanding of asynchronous processing, and message queue systems.

• Strong debugging skills for analyzing complex call paths and identifying performance hotspots.

• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

• Lending industry experience is a strong plus.
