Join Ali & Sons Group – Corporate Division in Abu Dhabi as a Procurement Assistant and play an important role in supporting purchasing operations, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring the timely and efficient processing of procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and distribute Purchase Orders to suppliers and relevant departments.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding pricing, product specifications, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
• Review invoices and receiving reports to ensure quantities, pricing, and other details align with approved Purchase Orders.
• Monitor procurement schedules and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain effective vendor communication and assist in resolving routine procurement discrepancies.
• Assist with CAPO, change orders, bid requests, and other procurement-related documentation.
• Monitor market prices, product availability, and supplier information to support informed purchasing decisions.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation in accordance with company procedures.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the Purchase Officer to ensure smooth daily procurement operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: University degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, or a similar role.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Key Competencies: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication, teamwork, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
