Proposals Manager - Business Development And Commercial

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Proposals Manager to lead the preparation and submission of high-quality proposals for government and commercial opportunities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop compliant, competitive, and winning bids while ensuring timely submissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end proposal and tender process.
• Coordinate technical and commercial inputs from internal teams.
• Review RFP/RFQ requirements and ensure proposal compliance.
• Develop commercial proposals and support pricing activities.
• Manage proposal schedules, documentation, and submissions.
• Support customer clarifications and pre-award negotiations.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in proposal or bid management.
• Experience with government or defence sector tenders is preferred.
• Strong project coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
