Bilfinger Tebodin Middle East is urgently looking for a Proposal Engineer (Infrastructure) with a solid background in Civil Engineering and strong experience in handling proposals for major UAE authorities and private developers.

📌 Position: Proposal Engineer – Infrastructure

📍 Location: UAE

🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

🧑‍💼 Experience: 5–10 years

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze RFP documents, client requirements, and project scopes.
• Develop complete technical and commercial proposals aligned with client expectations and company objectives.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather required inputs.
• Ensure all proposal submissions strictly follow client RFP formats, instructions, and checklists.
• Draft clear, persuasive, and compliant proposal documents.
• Prepare detailed subcontractor scopes, coordinate with engineering and procurement teams to secure timely quotations.
• Prepare and deliver professional proposal presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Attend and participate in technical and commercial meetings with consultants and client representatives.
• Compile and prepare documents for tenders and comprehensive bid submissions.
• Maintain communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth proposal development.
  
  

🛠️ Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of UAE authorities’ and private developers’ RFP requirements.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across disciplines.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and capable of creating high-quality presentations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
