We are supporting a UAE-based organisation operating within defence, industrial and government-contracting markets.

We are seeking an experienced Proposal & Bid Coordinator to support RFP, RFI and tender submissions.

Job Description

The Proposal & Bid Coordinator will coordinate preparation of compliant technical and commercial submissions.

Responsibilities

• Review RFPs, RFIs and tender documentation.
• Coordinate preparation of technical proposals.
• Coordinate preparation of commercial proposals.
• Gather inputs from technical, commercial and management teams.
• Maintain tender schedules and submission deadlines.
• Prepare professional tender documentation.
• Draft and edit proposal content.
• Verify tender compliance requirements.
• Coordinate clarification responses.
• Manage proposal registers and bid documentation.
• Support submission preparation and post-submission follow-up.
• Maintain high standards of technical and commercial writing.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven proposal, bid or tender-coordination experience.
• Experience preparing RFP/RFI responses.
• Strong technical-writing capability.
• Fluent English and Arabic.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Experience with defence, government contracting, engineering or industrial tenders is strongly preferred.
