Join our dynamic real estate team as a Property Sales Consultant, where your primary role will be to facilitate and manage property sales transactions. This position involves working with both buyers and sellers, helping clients to navigate the intricate property market, and ensuring successful sales closures. As a Property Sales Consultant, you'll utilize your sales expertise, market knowledge, and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships and drive property sales. Your goal is to provide exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and exceeding sales targets. You will also engage in marketing activities, network with potential clients, and stay updated on market trends to keep the competitive edge and grow the business profitably.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct property viewings and present properties to potential buyers effectively.
  • Negotiate property sales contracts to meet the needs of both buyer and seller.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the local property market and trends.
  • Create and manage a database of potential and existing clients efficiently.
  • Prepare detailed property listings and promotional materials for marketing strategies.
  • Provide clients with comprehensive property details and related documentation.
  • Collaborate with mortgage consultants, inspectors, and escrow companies on sales processes.
  • Follow up on sales leads and engage in proactive client networking efforts.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management team.
  • Identify and capitalize on new property listings and opportunities for sales growth.
  • Assist clients through the legal and financial requirements of property sales.
  • Attend industry events and seminars to enhance professional development and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Property Sales Consultant or similar role in real estate.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
  • Solid understanding of the property market and current market trends.
  • Proficiency in relevant real estate software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid real estate license as required by the governing state laws and regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple listings.
