Job Description

As a Property Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the buying and selling process of real estate properties, working closely with clients to meet their property needs. You will leverage your expertise in property markets and your exceptional sales skills to source, appraise, and negotiate deals that exceed client expectations. Your primary goal will be to facilitate smooth transactions and provide clients with expert guidance and support throughout the buying and selling processes. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and professional growth, you will contribute to the success of our property sales team. Your dynamic role will involve liaising with various stakeholders, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the market trends, and achieving monthly sales targets.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of new and existing client relationships.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for property acquisition.
  • Guide clients through property buying or selling transactions seamlessly.
  • Negotiate property sales contracts to benefit all parties involved.
  • Generate leads through multiple channels and networking opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed property presentations to showcase features effectively.
  • Host property viewings to offer clients firsthand experience and insights.
  • Advise and support clients with legal and financial aspects of buying properties.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales-related activities and transactions.
  • Collaborate with associates to ensure best practices and market presence.

  • Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and market conditions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in property sales or real estate consulting is essential.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for client interactions.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of local property markets and real estate regulations is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and property management tools is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated, with a goal-oriented mindset and a passion for sales.
