Job Description

As a Property Consultant, you will be the key liaison between property buyers and sellers. Your primary role is to provide clients with expert advice and assistance in regards to buying, selling, and renting properties. You will be responsible for ensuring that clients make informed decisions, understanding market trends, property law, and financial considerations. A Property Consultant must have excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships and trust with clients, enabling successful negotiations. This role demands a deep understanding of the real estate market, keen attention to detail, and strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.


Responsibilities

  • Identify client needs and guide them through the property buying process.
  • Research and analyze current property market trends for clients.
  • Conduct property viewings and inspections for potential buyers.
  • Negotiate property prices and terms of sale with clients and other agents.
  • Prepare necessary documentation and contracts for real estate transactions.
  • Maintain and update property listings on company websites and databases.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular follow-up calls.
  • Provide honest and informative advice to clients regarding property investments.
  • Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and networking events for lead generation.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance with property laws.
  • Develop marketing strategies to promote properties effectively.
  • Respond to client queries and concerns professionally and in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Property Consultant or similar role in real estate.
  • Solid understanding of real estate procedures and legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals efficiently.
  • Familiarity with property management software and CRM systems.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple client requests simultaneously.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
