Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Consultant to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the property market, with excellent negotiation skills and a proven track record in sales. As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for advising clients on the best property investment opportunities, assisting in the buying, selling, and leasing processes, and ensuring client satisfaction at all times. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on property market trends and developments. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and the capacity to build and maintain lasting client relationships.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients in the property market.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on current real estate trends and developments.
  • Advise clients on property investment opportunities and provide relevant market insights.
  • Negotiate property sales, purchases, and rental agreements on behalf of clients.
  • Prepare and present marketing proposals to promote available properties for sale or lease.
  • Coordinate with legal, financial, and construction professionals during the transaction process.
  • Maintain an accurate database of property listings and client information.
  • Organize and accompany clients on property site visits and viewings.
  • Ensure compliance with all real estate laws and regulations within the region.
  • Assist in the preparation of purchase agreements, rental agreements, and other contractual documents.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and promptly address client queries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve and exceed sales targets and business objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Property Consultant or in a similar real estate sales role.
  • Strong understanding of property market dynamics, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a successful track record in sales closures.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
  • Familiarity with legal, financial, and contractual aspects of real estate transactions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other real estate technology tools.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism in all dealings with clients and colleagues.
  • A valid real estate license or certification is required.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on client needs and site visits.
