We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive specializing in building materials to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales growth and build strong relationships with construction companies, contractors, and developers. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company objectives.
  • Identify and establish relationships with potential clients in the building sector.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations showcasing our building materials and solutions.
  • Maintain and update a customer database with current sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to generate leads and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor activities and suggests strategies to gain a competitive edge.
  • Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on product offerings, industry trends, and market conditions.
  • Attend industry events, workshops, and seminars to network and promote the brand.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of three years of sales experience in the building materials industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to influence key stakeholders.
  • Strong networking skills with professional contacts within the construction industry.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend meetings.
