A Property Consultant is a vital asset in the real estate sector, assisting clients in making informed decisions when buying, selling, leasing, or investing in properties. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present detailed reports on property market analyses.
  • Negotiate property deals to maximize client satisfaction and profits.
  • Maintain an updated database of current and prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and partners.
  • Arrange and oversee property viewings and open houses for clients.
  • Handle client inquiries swiftly and provide detailed information on properties.
  • Advise clients on legal requirements, taxes, and property financing options.
  • Ensure compliance with all real estate regulations and laws.
  • Assist in the preparation of necessary documentation for property transactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience working as a property consultant or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market and current trends.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in real estate management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple client inquiries efficiently.
