As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for offering professional advice and insights to clients seeking to invest in various real estate options. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Property Consultant or in a similar real estate role.
  • Strong knowledge of the local property market and emerging trends.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Adept at managing multiple clients and transactions simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using real estate software and platforms for data management.
  • Valid real estate license as required by local regulations.
