Job Description

As a Property Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the real estate industry, offering expert guidance to clients on property investments, rentals, and sales. This position requires an analytical mindset, keen negotiation skills, and the ability to clearly understand market trends. A successful Property Consultant will have a strong ability to network and maintain positive client relationships. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum two years of experience working in the real estate sector.
  • Proficient understanding of the property market and real estate trends.
  • Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail are critical.
  • Proficiency in real estate software and customer relationship management tools.
  • Valid real estate consultant license in the applicable state or region.
