Responsibilities

  • Coordinate property viewings and organize open houses for potential buyers or renters.

  • Stay informed about the latest market trends and real estate regulations and laws.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts, including brokers and agents.
  • Provide after-sales support and follow-up services to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Review property listings and update databases regularly with new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to produce promotional materials and campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Property Consultant or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and its regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
  • Proficiency in using various real estate databases and CRM software applications.
  • A knack for numbers and analytical thinking to interpret market data effectively.
  • Valid real estate license as per regional legal requirements for practicing.
