Job Description

As a Property Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the real estate industry, providing expert advice and services to clients looking to buy, sell, or rent properties. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Property Consultant or similar role in real estate.
  • Strong knowledge of property market trends and real estate laws.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
  • Proficiency in using real estate databases and customer relationship management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and part of a dynamic real estate team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively in high-pressure situations.
  • A valid real estate license and a clean background check are mandatory.
