Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in identifying their property needs and preferences.
  • Conduct detailed market research to stay updated on property trends.
  • Coordinate property viewings, providing insightful tours for potential buyers.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and related legal requirements.
  • Negotiate property prices and terms to achieve successful transactions.
  • Prepare and process all necessary documentation for property transactions.
  • Build and maintain a network of clients, developers, and real estate partners.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction at all stages.
  • Develop marketing strategies to promote listed properties to potential buyers.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of available properties and potential clients.
  • Evaluate and present financial opportunities and risks of property investments.
  • Attend real estate conferences and seminars to enhance industry knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales or real estate consultancy for two years or more.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a successful closing track record.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of property management legislation and practices.
  • Proficiency in real estate database programs and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.
