Job Description

As a Property Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the dynamic real estate landscape. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients in making informed property-related decisions, whether buying, selling, or leasing property. Leveraging your deep understanding of the real estate market, you will provide tailored advice to meet each client's unique needs. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or property advisory roles required.
  • Strong understanding of local property market trends and dynamics is essential.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to facilitate successful deals.
  • Proficient in using real estate software and databases for property listings.
