Job Description

A Property Advisor is a professional expert who guides and advises clients on real estate transactions. Responsibilities

  • Attend networking events to establish and nurture potential client relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate or related advisory roles is essential.
  • Strong understanding of property market dynamics and valuation principles.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills for client interactions.
  • Law degree or certification in property management is highly desirable.
  • Ability to carefully handle sensitive client information with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other real estate management software tools.
  • Flexible to work evenings and weekends to meet real estate demands.
