Job Description

The Projects Coordinator for the 14M26 division is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing and guiding various projects to successful completion. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and project management skills who can work effectively across teams to manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and risks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing project demands and organizational goals. They will play a critical role in ensuring projects align with organizational objectives, meet stakeholder expectations, and are completed on time and within budget. As a key member of the project management team, the Projects Coordinator will facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, deliver regular progress updates, and implement best practices to optimize project outcomes.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of project management for assigned projects.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Communicate project objectives, status updates, and deliverables to stakeholders effectively.
  • Identify potential project risks and devise mitigation strategies proactively.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments to schedules or resources as necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support project goals.
  • Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track project performance.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings and documentation of meeting notes and action items.
  • Ensure projects adhere to the established quality and compliance standards.
  • Resolve any project-related issues promptly and professionally to avoid project delays.
  • Support senior management with project portfolio reporting and performance analysis.
  • Lead post-project evaluations to identify areas of improvement and share lessons learned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of three years of project coordination or management experience required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficient in project management software, such as MS Project or Asana.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, diverse work environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience with risk management practices and mitigation strategies are preferred.
  • PMP or other project management certification is considered an advantage.
  • Flexible and adaptable to project demands and shifts in strategic direction.
