Roles and Responsibilities: -
- Lead and oversee end-to-end project construction activities, ensuring adherence to schedule, cost, and quality targets.
- Plan, organize, and control the execution of multiple project sites in coordination with engineering, procurement, and project control teams.
- Review and validate construction schedules, method statements, and resource plans.
- Manage and monitor daily site progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement recovery plans as needed.
- Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards at all project locations.
- Chair progress meetings and coordination workshops with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Review and approve technical submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings in collaboration with the engineering team.
- Ensure timely approval of materials and construction documentation to avoid delays.
- Coordinate with procurement for timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Supervise and guide site construction managers, engineers, and supervisors.
- Manage change orders and support project control teams in claims and contractual correspondence.
- Provide weekly and monthly progress reports to senior management.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and safety within the project team.
