We are currently seeking a highly experienced Project Manager for a major Upstream Oil & Gas PMC project in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience managing projects from FEED through EPC and commissioning phases for an PMC Onshore project based in Abu Dhabi.

🔹 Role Overview

The Project Manager will represent the Client within the PMC framework, ensuring effective delivery of the project from FEED stage through detailed engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage upstream oil & gas projects from FEED to EPC execution.
• Review, manage, and oversee FEED deliverables including design basis, scope definition, cost estimates, and project execution strategy.
• Ensure smooth transition from FEED to EPC phase.
• Manage EPC contractor performance, schedules, budgets, and risk.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and contractual requirements.
• Interface with client stakeholders, licensors, and third-party consultants.
• Oversee technical reviews, value engineering, and constructability assessments.
• Provide strategic project reporting to Client management.
  
  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• 20+ years of Oil & Gas experience.
• Minimum 8–10 years in Project Management within PMC environment.
• Strong experience in Upstream facilities (wellhead, gathering systems, processing units, brownfield modifications, etc.)
• Proven FEED project management experience (mandatory).
• Experience handling project budgeting, cost control, and schedule management during FEED.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong contractual and commercial acumen.
  
  

• Experience on ADNOC or Middle East upstream projects.
• Experience managing multi-package or brownfield upstream developments.
