Project Manager Technology

About The Role

Lead technology projects from initiation through successful delivery by managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, resources, and stakeholders. Drive successful delivery of software, digital transformation, web, mobile, and enterprise technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver end-to-end technology projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, risk logs, and executive presentations.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including business analysts, software developers, QA engineers, UX/UI designers, and vendors.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and communicate status to business stakeholders and senior management.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure effective communication across business and technical teams.
• Ensure project governance, quality standards, and successful project delivery.
• Manage multiple priorities while delivering projects on time and within budget.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience managing technology projects.
• Proven experience delivering software, digital transformation, web portal, mobile application, or enterprise system projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Strong experience preparing project plans, status reports, risk logs, meeting minutes, and executive presentations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with business users, technical teams, and vendors.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  
  

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification.
• Experience managing large-scale enterprise technology programmes.
