Project Manager - Product Implementation

We are seeking a skilled, proactive and dynamic Project Manager to join our team and lead delivery of successful Opus deployment projects to our clients.



Position Overview:


In this customer-facing role you’ll define and lead strategic initiatives with multi-variable challenges and significant business impact.


In this customer-facing role you’ll execute SOW, proactively partner with clients to define success, build alignment across internal departments, define project standards and methodologies, identify risks and proactively manage expectations of senior stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of critical client projects.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Project Delivery & ExecutionOwn full delivery lifecycle for assigned projects: scoping, planning, execution, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilisation.
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, daily and weekly reporting.
  • Establish governance cadence (stand-ups, steering committees, sprint reviews).
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure dependencies are managed and deliverables are met.
  • Track project health through clear KPIs and milestones, escalating early when needed.



Client & Stakeholder Management


  • Act as the primary day-to-day contact for client project teams.
  • Coordinate client discovery sessions with key stakeholder groups to uncover and define new strategic product use cases.
  • Actively partner with clients post-deployment to identify additional product value and strategic use cases.
  • Translate requirements into actionable plans and ensure alignment across functions.
  • Manage expectations, budgets, quality, scope changes, decisions, and approvals with clarity and consistency.
  • Support UAT, training, and enablement activities for client stakeholders.



Risk, Scope, and Quality Control


  • Proactively identify risks and blockers, driving resolution and mitigation plans.
  • Ensure project documentation is clear, consistent, and up to date at all times.
  • Monitor scope creep and guide stakeholders through structured change-control.
  • Maintain delivery quality standards and ensure alignment with company methodologies.



Internal Collaboration & Delivery Maturity


  • Partner with Product and Engineering to streamline delivery workflows and handovers.
  • Share lessons learned, contribute to playbooks, and support operational improvements.
  • Mentor Project Coordinators or analysts where required.
  • Contribute to resource planning and internal delivery capacity forecasting



Experience & Skills


Required:


  • 4–7 years of experience in project management, delivery, consulting, or programme coordination.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex IT transformation projects across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organisational and execution skills, able to bring structure to ambiguity.
  • Experience with SaaS, technology, AI, data, or process-automation projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management capabilities, including strong presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in delivery tools (Jira, Monday, Asana, Confluence, Gantt tools, etc.).
  • Experience running project governance: stand-ups, sprint cycles, retros, steering committees.



Nice to have:


  • Experience delivering enterprise implementations or workflow automation.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Background in consulting, customer success, or technical delivery.
  • Ability to read basic technical documentation or understand API/SaaS integrations.
  • Certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, ScrumMaster) are an advantage, not a requirement
