Job Description

The Project Manager for Porta Cabin 24J25 is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of porta cabin construction projects. This includes spearheading initiatives from the initial planning phase through execution, delivery, and final handover. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in construction management, with specific expertise in modular building or prefabricated structures. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams effectively, ensuring project objectives are met within budget and on schedule. The Project Manager will also engage with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project. Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, milestones, and deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • At least five years of project management experience in the construction sector.
  • Proven track record in managing modular building or prefabricated structure projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams successfully.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to work with clients and partners.
  • Competency in project management software and tools for planning and execution.
  • Thorough understanding of construction industry regulations and safety standards.
