Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the planning and execution of porta cabin projects from start to finish.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion and utilization of resources.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and construction workers to align project specifications.
• Ensure all project objectives and quality standards are met without compromising safety.
• Assess and mitigate risks related to budget, safety, and project timelines.
• Facilitate clear and open communication among all stakeholders, including clients and team members.
• Prepare and present regular reports on project status, progress, and potential issues.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and cost-effectiveness throughout the project.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers to secure advantageous terms.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead, guide, and mentor project teams to maximize collaboration and efficiency.
• Continuously evaluate project processes and implement improvements for better outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required.
• Minimum of five years' experience in project management, specifically with porta cabins.
• Proven experience managing large-scale portable building projects successfully.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and construction processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software tools, such as MS Project or Primavera.
