Project Manager Media Advertising Marketing Agency

We are hiring a Project Manager for a forward-thinking brand and marketing agency in Abu Dhabi, known for delivering creative, high-impact campaigns across diverse industries.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and can effectively manage multiple projects while ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, clients, and finance.

• Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
• Salary budget: Up to AED 20,000 (depending on experience)

Role Overview

You will be responsible for overseeing project execution from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines are met, deliverables are aligned, and communication flows seamlessly across all stakeholders. You will also work closely with the finance team to support billing and commercial tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution
• Coordinate between internal teams (creative, design, production) and external stakeholders
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring alignment with client expectations
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams
• Monitor project progress and proactively address delays or challenges
• Work closely with the finance/accounting team on invoicing, billing cycles, and project closures
• Ensure all project documentation, briefs, and updates are well-organized and maintained
• Support in streamlining processes and improving project workflows

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager / Account Manager in an agency, media, or creative environment
• Strong understanding of project coordination, timelines, and stakeholder management
• Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setup
• Basic understanding of commercial aspects such as invoicing, budgets, or billing cycles
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage priorities and work collaboratively across teams
