About the Role:

We are seeking a Project Manager with deep experience in digital transformation projects, especially in AI, cloud, smart city and data-related initiatives. The role requires strong vendor and partner management skills, ensuring seamless collaboration between multiple stakeholders, service providers, and customers.

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented leader who can manage complex projects across technical, business, and vendor ecosystems, ensuring delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of transformation projects.
• Manage vendor and partners: Partner evaluations, oversee contracts, monitor SLAs, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Act as the key interface between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.
• Develop and maintain project governance frameworks, reporting structures, and escalation paths.
• Drive adoption of AI, cloud services, data governance, and analytics solutions.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with local regulations and global standards.
• Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering, and sign-off checkpoints with stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  
  

• 5+ years of project management experience ideally in the UAE
• Experience of managing projects in government/private industry.
• Strong track record of vendor/partner management and managing third-party service providers.
• Experience in AI, Data, Robotics, Cloud, and Data transformation projects.
• Hands-on experience with IT project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum or equivalent certification (preferred).
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and communication skills.
