The role of Project Manager – Fitout 24J25 is a critical position within our organization, focusing on steering fitout projects from conception through to completion. As a Project Manager specializing in fitouts, you will oversee a team of professionals, managing both people and processes to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards. You will act as the primary liaison between the clients, subcontractors, and project team, ensuring all parties are aligned and communication is clear and constructive. Your leadership, organizational skills, and comprehensive understanding of fitout processes will be pivotal in driving the success of our projects. Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close fitout projects by ensuring all objectives are met.
• Develop project scopes, goals, and deliverable in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities efficiently.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the fitout projects and scope.
• Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes.
• Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties thoroughly.
• Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
• Monitor and report on project progress to all stakeholders at pre-defined intervals.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation throughout the project life cycle.
• Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
• Conduct project evaluations and assessment of results to improve future performance.
• Analyze and manage potential risks for projects and provide solutions proactively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in managing fitout or construction projects successfully.
• Proven ability to lead and manage diverse project teams effectively.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of fitout materials, finishes, and construction methods.
• Proficiency in project management software tools like MS Project or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
