Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the planning and execution of fit-out projects from start to finish.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules, ensuring thorough preparation before execution.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure their expectations and requirements are fully understood and met.
• Manage procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective supply of materials and services.
• Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and external partners for seamless collaboration.
• Monitor project progress and performance, applying corrective actions when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all project stages and locations.
• Conduct risk management analysis to foresee project challenges and develop mitigation plans.
• Prepare detailed project reports and documentation for client and senior management review.
• Lead regular project meetings to discuss progress, upcoming tasks, and resolve issues.
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions with contractors and suppliers to achieve favorable outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field required.
• Minimum of five years of experience in project management, specifically in fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and industry-standard practices.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools to facilitate efficient operations.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to manage diverse project teams effectively.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
