Project Manager - Digital Applications

Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead and deliver cross functional digital transformation initiatives across the group. The role will oversee end to end project execution including planning, governance, stakeholder alignment, risk management, vendor coordination, and project reporting. The ideal candidate should be detail oriented, structured, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Project Planning and Delivery

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Manage scope, milestones, dependencies, and overall delivery to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Facilitate requirement gathering and documentation with business and technical teams.
• Drive issue resolution and maintain clear tracking of risks, decisions, and actions.
  
  

Stakeholder Management

• Engage regularly with business leaders, product owners, and technical teams to ensure alignment.
• Prepare and present project updates, dashboards, and progress reports to leadership.
• Manage expectations and ensure transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Vendor and Partner Coordination
• Work closely with implementation partners, system integrators, and external vendors.
• Track deliverables, manage SOWs, review timelines, and escalate delays or bottlenecks.
• Coordinate UAT, training activities, and go live readiness with all parties.
  
  

Governance and Documentation

• Maintain project documentation including project charters, RAID logs, change requests, meeting notes, and status reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance, procurement processes, and audit requirements.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in project management within digital transformation, enterprise applications, or technology implementation.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, or ERP ecosystems.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid analytical capability with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience preparing leadership facing decks, reports, and status summaries.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work with tight timelines.
• PMP or Prince2 certification preferred.
