We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in the Construction & Real Estate Development sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards. This role demands strong leadership abilities, exceptional organizational skills, and a strong understanding of building processes and procedures. The Project Manager will work closely with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure that all project requirements are met. The successful candidate will also be responsible for risk management, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients regularly.
• Monitor project progress and performance to ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction activities and ensure quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with construction and project management.
• Prepare detailed project budgets and monitor expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the project.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise between project stakeholders efficiently.
• Maintain and track project documentation and reports for internal and external review.
• Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors when necessary.
• Drive project strategy planning, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field required.
• Minimum of five years of experience in construction project management roles.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex construction and development projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and legal regulations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills are essential.
• Proficiency in project management software and other relevant construction technologies.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines and project goals consistently.
