The Project Manager for Construction in the Oil & Gas sector plays a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating all phases of construction projects within the oil and gas industry. The Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure project requirements and goals are met. Responsibilities

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the oil & gas construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, engineering principles, and project management tools.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively in large-scale projects.
• Excellent leadership skills with a track record of leading diverse teams successfully.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management software and IT fluency is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and make decisions under pressure.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP or equivalent) is a strong asset.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site at various project locations as required.
