ROLE PROFILE:

Project manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the delivery of AI initiatives across multiple use cases within the Innovation Hub, managing dependencies, risks, and resources to ensure projects delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Plan and manage AI projects timelines, milestones, and resource allocation to ensure timely and efficient delivery

•Coordinate execution across cross-functional teams, resolving delivery risks and interdependencies proactively

•Track progress through detailed plans and RAID logs, driving issue resolution and change control processes

•Ensure compliance with internal governance, data, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle

•Facilitate regular updates to leadership and stakeholders, ensuring clear visibility of status, blockers, and KPIs

•Drive continuous improvement by standardizing delivery practices and supporting scalability of execution frameworks

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/ QUALIFICATION:

•10+ years of project management experience, preferably in AI, data, or tech programs within financial services

•Strong track record delivering complex, cross-functional projects in agile, hybrid, or waterfall environments

•Experience developing and managing project plans and preparing steering committee reporting for executive stakeholders

•Familiarity with AI/ML workflows and ability to coordinate across data science, engineering, and business teams

•Excellent planning, facilitation, and communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences

•Educational qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business, or another relevant field. Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are preferred
