ROLE PURPOSE

The Project Manager - Agile will drive agile best practices and support the organizations agile transformation initiatives. This role is responsible for facilitating agile ceremonies, mentoring and coaching cross-functional teams, and ensuring that agile methodologies are effectively integrated into everyday processes. By fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration, the individual will enable teams to achieve high performance and timely project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Guide teams in the adoption and effective use of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Remove impediments and promote self-organization within teams.
• Collaborate with product owners to prioritize, refine, and manage the product backlog.
• Monitor team progress using agile metrics and report to stakeholders.
• Organize and lead agile training sessions and workshops.
• Foster transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement across teams.
• Support and drive agile transformation initiatives across the organization.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) are strongly preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of agile frameworks, principles, and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Proficiency with agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  
  

Additional Requirements

• Experience with enterprise-level agile transformations is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and agile practices.
• PMP certification is a plus.
