Project Manager – Agile Delivery (Loyalty Platforms)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Programme Manager to lead the delivery of customer loyalty and engagement platforms within a large enterprise environment in Abu Dhabi. This role combines project leadership and Agile delivery, with a strong emphasis on loyalty ecosystems and customer engagement solutions.

You will be responsible for driving complex programmes across multiple squads while ensuring seamless execution of loyalty initiatives that enhance customer experience and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of loyalty platform programmes across multiple Agile squads
• Drive Agile delivery frameworks including backlog prioritisation, sprint execution, and ceremonies
• Ensure alignment between business strategy and loyalty platform capabilities
• Manage cross-functional teams delivering customer loyalty, rewards, and engagement solutions
• Oversee programme risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines
• Track KPIs related to customer engagement, retention, and loyalty performance
• Provide structured reporting and insights to senior stakeholders
• Ensure consistent governance and delivery standards across squads
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and programme execution
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in programme management or delivery leadership
• Experience working with loyalty platforms, rewards systems, or customer engagement ecosystems
• Strong Agile delivery experience with multiple squads
• Certification such as CSM or equivalent preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead programmes independently
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience in enterprise digital transformation environments
• Willingness to be based in Abu Dhabi
• Immediate or short notice availability preferred
