Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans and timelines meticulously.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Perform risk management to identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed in a timely manner.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors throughout the project.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
• Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
• Facilitate continuous improvement processes within project management practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is required.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a related industry of at least three years.
• Strong aversion to risk and an ability to perform effective risk management.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills are essential.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Strong working knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• Professional certification such as PMP or equivalent is highly desirable.
