About our client

Our client is a leading global alternative investment manager based in Abu Dhabi, investing across a broad range of private market strategies. As the firm continues to grow its investment platform and institutional client base, it is looking to make an addition to its project management team within client solutions. The position is based full-time in Abu Dhabi.

What the job involves

• Coordinating RFPs, DDQs and investor due diligence requests, working closely with investment teams and other internal stakeholders
• Managing investor data rooms, fund documentation and marketing materials, ensuring information is accurate and up to date
• Supporting new fund launches, including coordinating documentation, approvals and key deliverables
• Preparing investor presentations, pitch materials and other fundraising documentation
• Improving processes around product information, governance and investor reporting
• Supporting the development of CRM systems, investor databases and fundraising reporting
• Managing multiple projects and coordinating across investment, fundraising, legal and operational teams
  
  

• Experience in private markets, asset management, investor relations, product management or fundraising support
• Hands-on experience with RFPs, DDQs, investor due diligence or fundraising documentation
• Good understanding of private market fund structures and fundraising processes
• Experience with fund launches, investor data rooms or CRM systems would be beneficial
• Exposure to evergreen fund structures would be particularly interesting
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and a collaborative approach
