Project Engineer Infrastructure

Role Purpose

To lead technical coordination on assigned Innovo Infrastructure projects, mentoring junior project engineers and ensuring engineering deliverables meet specification and programme requirements

• Technical Leadership
  • Review of shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs for assigned project scope.
  • Coordinate with the BIM team and site teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Mentoring
  • Mentor Project Engineers on technical coordination and documentation.
  • Review technical submittals and RFI responses prepared by junior engineers.
• Programme & Progress Support
  • Monitor engineering deliverable progress against the project programme and flag slippage.
  • Coordinate with the Planning team to align technical submission schedules with construction sequencing.
• Quality & Compliance Coordination
  • Coordinate with the Quality team to ensure engineering deliverables meet specification and ITP requirements.
  • Support close-out of technical non-conformances arising from design or coordination issues.
• Cost & Material Input
  • Provide technical input to the QS team for variation and claim substantiation.
  • Review material take-offs and specifications to support procurement and budgeting.
• Innovation & Value Creation
  • Introduce modern tools, technologies and processes that improve efficiency and transparency.
  • Encourage innovative thinking to enhance outcomes and reduce costs without compromising quality.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of infrastructure project engineering experience
