Project Delivery Lead M F D

We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Lead to drive the successful delivery of strategic AI and digital transformation initiatives across our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and technology projects from inception to production
• Develop comprehensive project roadmaps, timelines, and resource allocation plans
• Manage cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Implement agile methodologies and best practices for AI project delivery
• Mitigate risks and resolve blockers to maintain project momentum
• Report progress to senior leadership and stakeholders
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in project/program management, with 3+ years leading AI/ML projects
• Proven track record of successfully delivering AI solutions in production environments
• Strong experience developing and presenting strategic roadmaps
• Banking or financial services experience highly preferred
• PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification preferred
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus
  
  

Technical Knowledge

• Understanding of AI/ML project lifecycles and deployment challenges
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of data governance and regulatory requirements in banking
