Role Overview

In this role, individuals support the Program Director and Project Managers in coordinating project delivery across complex, multi-stakeholder environments typical of the Middle East region. Projects may include enterprise software implementations for different lines of business.

The Project Coordinator acts as a central point of coordination, ensuring alignment of activities, visibility of progress, and smooth communication across all stakeholders. The role focuses on supporting planning, tracking, reporting, and governance activities to enable successful project delivery within scope, time, and quality expectations.

Success in this role requires strong adaptability, cultural awareness, and the ability to operate in complex environments with multiple stakeholders, tight timelines, and high expectations on delivery quality and responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Program Director and Project Managers in coordinating day-to-day project activities
• Coordinate across Presales, Sales, , Finance, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and progress
• Assist in tracking project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring consistency with agreed plans
• Monitor and consolidate project progress, including risks, issues, actions, and scope changes
• Support stakeholder communication, ensuring clear, timely, and structured information flow across all levels
• Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly project reports, dashboards, and presentations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and records in required tools and systems
• Support meeting preparation and coordination (including agendas, minutes of meeting, and follow-ups)
• Assist in coordinating on-site activities when required, including interaction with client teams and contractors
• Support risk and issue management, ensuring proper tracking, follow-up, and escalation when needed
• Assist senior project managers on larger or more complex programs and initiatives
• Contribute to identifying and implementing process improvements and best practices
• Support the achievement of high customer satisfaction through effective coordination and follow-through
• Ensure all activities are conducted with high ethical standards and professionalism
  
  

Education / Qualifications

A degree in Engineering, Business, or IT provides a solid foundation for project management roles. Industry-recognized certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM, IPMA validate structured project management knowledge and practices.
