Job Description
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, tracking milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal departments, technical teams, management, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain project trackers, action items, risks, issues, and follow-ups.
- Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, presentations, dashboards, and management updates.
- Collect, organize, and analyze project/operational data and support KPI reporting.
- Assist with requirements gathering, process documentation, gap analysis, and process improvement activities.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread professional content for websites, social media, company profiles, proposals, reports, and presentations.
- Organize project documentation and ensure information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Support meetings and workshops, including scheduling, agendas, minutes, and action tracking.
