Job Description

The role of a Project Administrator is pivotal in ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently from inception to completion. This position requires a professional who can keep the various facets of project management organized, including scheduling, budgeting, and communication among team members. The Project Administrator acts as a liaison between the project manager, team members, and external stakeholders, ensuring all actions align with the project's goals and timelines. Responsibilities

  • Assist project managers in the preparation and delivery of project plans.
  • Coordinate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Track project progress and report any discrepancies or risks to the project manager.
  • Organize and facilitate project-related meetings and documentation flow.
  • Monitor project timelines and deadlines, ensuring timely task completion.
  • Help with resource allocation and scheduling for project activities.
  • Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and processing invoices.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Support in developing project deliverables and final project reports.
  • Maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the project.
  • Coordinate team input and organize data for project decision-making processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Administrator or similar role within organizations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple project elements.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for team collaboration.
  • Familiarity with project management software like MS Project or Asana.
  • Attention to detail and ability to identify potential project risks or issues.
  • Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines in fast-paced environments.
