Job Description

The Project Administrator is a pivotal role within any project management team, responsible for providing essential support and ensuring the smooth execution and coordination of project activities. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and documentation of project proposals, timeframes, and schedules.
  • Monitor project progress and identify any issues that may hinder timely completion.
  • Facilitate meetings by organizing logistics and preparing relevant documentation and follow-ups.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation to ensure accessibility for project teams.
  • Track and manage the project's budget, expenditures, and financial records accurately.
  • Support risk management processes by identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to project standards, processes, and policies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist in the continuous improvement of project administrative processes and practices.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to acquire necessary project materials and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project administration or a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
  • Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Asana.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Familiarity with financial tracking, reporting, and project budgeting processes.
