Program Manager

- Lead and manage a portfolio of HV/MV/LV substation projects from initiation to commissioning and handover.

- Develop and implement program execution strategies, schedules, and budgets.

- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with approved baselines.

- Identify and manage interdependencies between projects within the program.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, utilities, and internal stakeholders.

- Conduct regular program review meetings and provide accurate progress reporting.

- Manage client expectations and ensure contractual obligations are met.

- Ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, standards, and utility requirements.

- Oversee engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning activities.

- Resolve high-level technical and execution issues in coordination with engineering and site teams.

- Identify program risks and implement mitigation strategies.

- Ensure corrective actions are taken for delays, cost overruns, or performance gaps.

- Track KPIs related to schedule, cost, quality, safety, and productivity.

- Lead and mentor Project Managers, Construction Managers, and support teams.

- Allocate resources effectively across the program.

- Conduct performance evaluations and support staff development initiatives.
