Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct advanced training sessions, workshops, and in-salon/academy demos.
• Provide expert product knowledge and answer complex technical inquiries.
• Act as a brand ambassador in events and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals.
• Support customers with product selection and ensure a positive brand image.
• Coordinate training schedules, follow-ups, and maintain detailed training records.
• Collaborate with the sales team during presentations and customer visits.
