Job Description

Supervise daily production activities and production workers.

Achieve daily production targets as per schedule.

Monitor production quality and ensure product specifications are followed.

Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Management teams.

Monitor machines, materials, and manpower utilization.

Identify and resolve production issues and delays.

Maintain daily production records and reports.

Ensure workplace safety, housekeeping, and 5S standards.

Train and guide production workers.

Minimize material wastage and improve production efficiency.
