Job Description

The role of a Product Specialist in the Telecom sector involves managing the lifecycle of telecom products and enhancing their value to meet customer needs. This specialist is integral to the success of a telecommunications company, offering expert insights into product development, marketing, and customer experience. As a Product Specialist, you'll liaise between technical teams, sales, and customers to ensure that product specifications align with market demands. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of three years experience in product management in telecom.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex market and technical data.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with both technical and sales teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Detailed understanding of telecommunications networks and services.
  • Experience with product lifecycle management software and CRM tools.
  • Ready to travel to meet clients and attend industry events as needed.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach.
